The Early Intervention Digital Toolbox is a structured digital home programme that supports the holistic development of children and enhances their skills across various developmental domains. It also educates and empowers caregivers to support their children’s improvement at home during this critical period.

The Early Intervention Digital Toolbox includes:

Assessment Toolbox: Screens children across developmental domains and provides caregivers with insights into their child’s specific areas of need;
Intervention Programme: Generates personalised goals, milestones and home-based intervention activities based on assessment outcomes; and
Review System: Monitors progress over time, supports reassessment and updates intervention plans, while facilitating information sharing with EI providers when children enter services.

Outcomes

This programme aims to:

Support children and their families while they wait for their slot at early intervention centres, improving developmental outcomes and reducing caregiver stress;
Provide waitlist support to early intervention centres, easing the pressure of timely demand management.
